Who sells

Quantum Solutions is the design and technology studio of Renewable Vision LTD (رينيوبل فيجن المحدودة), a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Orders are paid through Moyasar, a licensed Saudi payment provider. The merchant name on the payment page and on your bank statement is Renewable Vision.

Prices are in Saudi riyals, from our fixed price list or from the quote you see, and the total is shown before you pay.
A quote keeps its price for 14 days.
Up to SAR 20,000 is paid in full. Up to SAR 75,000, half is paid now and half on delivery. Above that, we send you a written proposal.
Express delivery costs 30% more and is about 40% sooner.
You pay with mada, Apple Pay, Visa or Mastercard on Moyasar's secure page. We never see or keep your card details.

Each service includes what its page or your quote lists.
How many rounds of changes your request needs is agreed with you before work starts, and they are included in its price.
Changes beyond what was agreed are priced and agreed with you before we do them.

Our team confirms the details with you within one business day of your order.
Delivery times are in working days (Sunday to Thursday) and count from that confirmation, once we have what we need from you (content, logos, access).

Before work starts, you can cancel and get the full amount back.
Once work has started, any refund is agreed with you case by case, depending on the work already done.
If we cannot deliver what was agreed, we refund you in full.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Moyasar. How long they take to appear depends on your bank.
